Being the skeptic that I am, I was leery of doing business online with a small company I hadn't heard of. Let me tell anyone who will listen, this is without out a doubt, the BEST investment I've ever made for anything. The touring advice was right on the money. For example, we toured the Magic Kingdom during the busy Christmas holiday week. We never waited in a line more than 10 minutes! My husband in his infinite wisdom decided we should "wing it" and we lost an entire day of our vacation! You just can not wing it! You need a plan. While I love books (I'm a reading teacher) and love having something to carry with me, I'd be lost without your Automated Planner. Here's why: 1. Cinderella's Royal Table reservations … I followed your directions to a 'T' and have an 8:15 a.m. reservation on the day of my choice. But, I think a big part of this is because your web site has what no book can possibly achieve -- it's up-to-date. The other books listed the same advice on getting this coveted reservation but all had the reservation window listed as 60 days. Yours had the correct 90-day window. I understand that books can't be reprinted to fix little details that change and that books have websites to list updated information, but your site had it accurate and I didn't have to chase after what I needed. If I had followed the books, I would have been 30 days too late. Think of all the people that are missing their reservations because they're relying on the books! 2. I love the feature that allows me to put in my date that I'll be leaving and you tell me when to make the reservation. Just like having a little electronic 'secretary.'
