Welcome Back!
If you're surprised to be here, please scroll down the page -- past
the login boxes -- to the explanations below. If you need further assistance,
we're here for you, and our 'Contact Us' link is at the bottom of every
page in the entire web site -- down there! ;>)
How Did I Get Here?
1) You were logged into
the AVP or Forums successfully, enjoying life, clicked a link, and now
you're here.
Solution: You only have to login again above with the correct upper/lower
case letters and you're all set. The AVP sometimes has to 'clean' its memory, and unfortunately that logs everyone out. Without this auto-maintenance the entire site would eventually get slower and
slower from everyone using it at the same time.
Posting
Tip: This is WHY it's always a good idea to save your post
content before you submit it. Click inside the composition box,
use 'Ctrl A' to grab all typing, and 'Ctrl C' to copy it to your computer
clipboard. It will still be there when you log back in! Just return
to the thread, click 'post response,' click inside the empty composition
box, and use 'Ctrl V' to paste your post again! A-All, C-Copy, V-Paste
(P=Print!)
2) You used to be able to access the Forums with
a previous AVP, but not this one.
Solution: All of our returning guests have to use the same exact login information they used on their last AVP in order to successfully access the private Forums. Please contact us and we'll first change your login information back to your previous set, test your Forums access for you, and then email you back asap with what we have on file!
3) You have never gotten into the Forums. Every
time you attempt to, you get kicked back to this page.
Solution: You may be using a username that was already
taken by someone else a long time ago. Because our Forums database does not communicate
(properly) with our separate AVP database, you may have been allowed to register
with a username that's already been used in the Forums even though that
user no longer has an active AVP.
No problem though!
Please contact us and we'll get you taken
care of a.s.a.p.! We will make whatever minor change is required and email you back with your slightly altered login information after first testing your Forums access.
