Important: These renewal offers are not transferable to anyone else, and you’ll need to please contact us through our online messaging system with:

	Your first and last name
	Your last AVP Username if you remember
	The email address you previously registered with
	And if you don't remember the previous two, at least your state and/or country. :>)

Our response timing: Renewal requests are typically checked every weekday morning, Monday through Friday. As of Oct 1, 2007, we are also checking them once more on Friday late-afternoon before finishing up for the weekend. Any requests sent from Friday after that time through the weekend will be answered on Monday. (The 100% all new version of TGM that's currently under development will allow you to automatically receive your own renewal discount code when you make a new purchase without having to contact us in advance!)

Plan B: IF we do not respond to you within 48 hours of a weekday request, or by Monday afternoon for a weekend request, please check your 'Spam' or 'blocked' email folders. Large email carriers like AOL, Yahoo, etc. are famous for blocking many emailed business replies. If you feel we are not responding (even though I assure you we do our best to reply to everyone), I invite you to purchase the AVP at full price, contact us again, and we'll credit you the discount amount you should have received.
